While registering a Globe or TM Sim, you may encounter numerous errors like, ‘Registration failed’ or ‘Upload picture less than 2MB.’ These problems can be easily solved by taking account of a few things. Selfie upload problem

You might see an error while uploading a selfie during the SIM registration process. It’s mainly because you cannot upload a picture or selfie larger than 2MB. To address this problem:

•  Adjust your camera setting to capture a photo in low resolution.
• If you are uploading a pre-taken photo, take a screenshot of it, it will reduce it’s size.
• If your image size is still not up to the demand, then compress your image while using any image compressor i.e: image compressor.
• Format of your must be in PNG, JPG, PDF or HEIC. You can use an online converter for this purpose. 

You can type ‘SIMREG’ and send it to 8080 to confirm your SIM registration. You will receive a confirmation message in an instance.

How to fix Globe, ™, TNT SIM registration errors?

If you face any error during registration, ensure that your information is correctly input. Verify Id card number and look for any spelling mistake before filling out the form. Remember that image size should be less than 2MB.
