Whether you are an existing or new DITO SIM user, you must register your SIM Card to protect your identity. You can follow the step-by-step methods for registration provided in this article.

These registration method is similar to TM SIM Registration or TNT Sim Registration making all kind of sim registration process simple and easy for user.

Registering Through the DITO App

Simply follow the steps below to register your SIM Card using the DITO App easily:

  • Download the Dito App for Android or iOS on your device.
  • Install the Dito App and Open it.

  • Simple login with your username and password.
  • Now tap the “SIM Registration” or “Register your SIM” banner at the top of the app dashboard.

  • From here, select the type of registration.
Select Registration Type
  • You will see the following registration types: Filipino Nationals, Filipino Dependents/Minors, Foreign National Tourists, Visa-Holding Foreign Nationals, and Business Entities/Organizations.
  • After that, enter your 11-digit mobile number on your Dito App so you can receive OTP on your number, or you can scan your SIM ICCID.
Fill Information
  • Now tap Verify to continue.
  • You will receive a 6-digit OTP to verify your number. Enter the OTP and tap “Submit” to proceed.
  • Now you need to verify your nationality by Government ID or other acceptable IDs, whose list is given below.
Select Valid Govt Id
  • Tap on the “Camera” and capture the photo of your Legal ID.

  • Once the ID upload is complete, upload your selfie in a good light to proceed.

  • Now, fill in your details and hit “proceed.”
  • You’ll see a summary of what you’ve entered—feel free to tweak anything that doesn’t look right.
  • Tick the box for “Terms and Conditions” to agree.

Check all the mark and press submit
  • Congratulations! You have successfully registered your DITO SIM Card, and now you can share it with your loved ones.

For registering a DITO Sim, you can use any of the following official government-issued IDs:

  • Passport
  • Philosys ID (National ID)
  • Social Security System (SSS) ID
  • Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) e-Card
  • Driver’s License
  • National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance

Follow the simple steps to register your DITO SIM properly in-case you are having SIM Registration failure issue:

  • Please, ensure that the installed version of DITO App is the latest.
  • Recheck that you have fill out the form completely and correctly
  • If you still have issue registering, logout the app and again login and do registration again.

Having Issue while Uploading Photos

It’s a common problem that people face while registering. Please make sure that your image is clear, valid and less than 2MB. You can reduce the size of the image by using an online tool and reuploading the photo. If this still does not work, take a screenshot of your image, it will reduce your size even further.

The following 4G mobile brands are compatible with DITO: Google, Cherry Mobile, Honor, Huawei, Infinix, Itel, MyPhone, Narzo, Nokia, Nubia, Oppo, Poco, Samsung, TCL, Tecno, Vivo, Xiaomi, and ZTE.

5G Phones

Solution for Non-Compatible Devices

If your phone isn’t initially compatible with DITO, you can manually configure the APN settings to make it work. Follow these steps to adjust your phone settings:

  • Open your phone’s Settings.
  • Navigate to the Networks options.
  • Select ‘Mobile Networks’ and then find ‘Access Point Names (APN)’.
  • Tap the ‘Add’ button and enter ‘internet.dito.ph’.
  • Once you’ve entered the APN, click the ‘Save’ button.
