How to Register Your Globe SIM

To Register your SIM Card, follow the steps below for Prepaid, Post-paid, Globe at Home Prepaid WIFI, Platinum & MyFi. You can use the Steps from Prepaid if you have a retailer SIM.

Step by Step Globe SIM Prepaid Registration

Steps for Globe Sim Registration with online Link (2024):

Open SIM Registration Website.
Click on Register Now Button, also given below.

Enter a 10-digit mobile number and click the “Register” button.

You will receive a one-time password (OTP) on your phone when the registration process proceeds.
Now, Enter the 6-digit OPT on the website and verify your SIM Card Number. Keep in mind that the OTP will expire after 5 minutes.

Once OTP is Validated, you will proceed to the next step.
Enter all fields: Name, Gender, Birthday, Address & Nationality.

Now its time to verify your Identity. Take the selfie in a good light, and select the government ID you want to upload. Click the “attach” button and upload a copy of the Legal GOVT ID. Tick all the checkboxes: Globe Privacy Notice, Accuracy, Attestation of Completeness.
To finish registration, click on the “Submit” button.

To Start, Open the GlobeOne app on your iPhone or Android device, which will register the Globe SIM on mobile.
Locate the “Register Your SIM” menu in the “Home” section.

Enter your 11-digit mobile number to Register your SIM.
Now click on the “Register SIM” Button.

Enter the 6-digit OTP code which you receive on your device.
After that, to proceed with the registration process, tap on “Let’s Start”.

To ensure security, verify your phone number with OTP.
After that, fill out the form field and enter all the required information, then tap “Next”.

Verify your Identity by selecting the proper “ID type”. You can check all the “Acceptable IDs” above.
After selecting the “ID type”, enter the “ID number” in the second box.
Snap a picture of your valid ID for identity verification.
Take a selfie to confirm the ID is yours.
Once done, hit “Next” to continue.

Tick the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions.
Click “Submit” to finish the registration.

Please complete the form by entering your name, address, and the required information.
After adding all the information, tap “Confirm”. Afterwards, you will receive a message on your SIM stating that you have successfully registered.

Wait for a text from Globe At Home to confirm your SIM Card Registration.
Text SIMREG to 268204 with your account number and wireless landline/super home phone number.

For New Customers

Purchase your Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi kit from Globe sales channels or the Globe Online Shop.
Set up your modem as per the manual instructions.
Connect the power adapter to the modem and power it on.
Download the GlobeOne app and create your Home Prepaid WiFi account.
Enroll your Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi mobile number and select “Register your SIM now.”
Complete the registration form with your name, birthday, gender, address, and nationality.

Enter the OTP that was delivered to your phone within the previous five minutes.
